## Privacy Policy

Effective March 23, 2026.

### What we collect
We store the information you provide directly, including account profile details, availability settings, event types, booking responses, and billing-related configuration when you enable paid features.

When you connect third-party services such as Google Calendar, we store the tokens and metadata required to keep that integration working. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.

### How we use it
We use your data to operate the product, prevent double-bookings, create or update scheduled events, send booking notifications, secure accounts, troubleshoot issues, and improve visible product features.

We do not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising.

### Connected calendar data
If you connect Google Calendar, Tide Slot uses that access only to provide the calendar features you turn on, such as checking availability, reserving time for bookings, and updating or removing booking events when schedules change.

You can disconnect calendar integrations at any time from Settings, which stops future syncing.

## Terms of Service

### Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, the security of your credentials, and all activity that occurs under your workspace.

### Acceptable use
You may not use Tide Slot to abuse third-party services, interfere with bookings, send spam, scrape personal data, or violate applicable law or platform policies tied to connected services.

### Beta disclaimer
Tide Slot is currently in beta. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features during beta. We are not liable for missed bookings, scheduling conflicts, or data loss that may occur during the beta period.

### Service changes
We may improve, modify, or remove features, especially during beta. We will aim to avoid disruptive changes, but some features may evolve as the product matures.

### Third-party integrations
Your use of integrations such as Google Calendar, Microsoft, Zoom, or Stripe is also subject to those providers' terms. Tide Slot is not responsible for downtime or policy changes on third-party platforms.

### Data and account deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@tideslot.com. Upon deletion, your event types, booking history, and connected integration tokens will be permanently removed. Cached calendar data is purged within 24 hours.

### Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tide Slot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue, missed meetings, or data loss.
